Everything is edited in your browser, and your designs are saved, so you can come back later and make the thank-you cards in the same style. For printing, download the cards as PDF Print with crop marks and 3 mm bleed, and keep the text inside the 5 mm safe margin. For sharing online, a PNG or JPG download is all you need.
