It fits jars, bottles, boxes, soaps, candles, bags of coffee or tea and the seal of an online shop’s parcel. The templates have patterns, checked and striped backgrounds, big numbers, small icons and fields you can fill in with a pen. The corners are rounded by 3 mm, so the label sticks well and does not lift at the corners. The cut line sits in the cut colour CutContour right on the edge, and the background runs 3 mm into the bleed. The text stays at least 2 mm from the edge. - Why does the label have rounded corners?
- Sharp corners lift easily from jars and boxes. With corners rounded by 3 mm the label sticks better and is easier to peel off the sheet.
- Can I have sharp corners instead?
- Yes. The cut line is a square with rounded corners, and you can set the corners to 0 in the editor if your print shop would rather cut straight corners.
- Which file should I send to the print shop?
- Choose PDF Print and turn on “Include cut lines”. The cut line then sits on its own plate in the cut colour CutContour.
