    Choose whether the recipient can view, comment or edit.

  2. Work together

    Edit at the same time, and write the comments on the design.

  3. Go back if you need to

    Versions are saved automatically, and you can name them so they are easy to find again.

Questions and answers

  • Does everyone who comments have to pay?

    No. The person commenting needs a free account. It is your team that has Business or Professional.

  • Can someone see the design without an account?

    Yes. A view link shows the design without signing in, and a template link gives the recipient their own copy.

  • Can the client approve the design?

    There is no approve button. The client writes in the comments, and you mark the thread resolved when the change is made.

  • Can we go back to an earlier version?

    Yes. From Pro up, versions are saved automatically, and you can restore a version or make a copy of it.
