What makes the difference

PDF/X-4
The standard print shops work to. Fonts are embedded, and the page is the size the template promises.

CMYK and bleed
The colours are converted for print. 3 mm bleed and crop marks show where to cut.

Counted per file
Light, Pro and Plus each include their own number of files a month, and above that you pay per file. For Enterprise the volume is agreed.
