You pay for yourselves when you buy, and add the users to the team afterwards. Before a user is added, you see the new monthly price, and you only pay for the rest of the period. If you are one person, Pro is enough.

Questions and answers

  • How accurately is an IDML file imported?

    If the PDF exported from the file is in the package, we set every line as it stood there. Without it we set the text ourselves, and a line may break differently. The import report shows what was adjusted.

  • Does the client have to pay to comment?

    No. The client needs a free account to comment. It is your team that needs Business or Professional.

  • Can we have a brand kit per client?

    Yes. The team can have several brand kits, one for each client, with their logos, colours and fonts.

  • What is the difference between Business and Professional?

    Business is the team, collaboration and comments. Professional adds the print tools: advanced preflight, spot colours, more print presets and cut lines for cutting tables.

  • Can we deliver open files back?

    We deliver PDFs and images: Print PDF, Standard PDF, PNG and JPG. We do not export back to IDML.
